Can I calculate current duties or export results?
No. Current analysis, Exact Duty, simulations, alerts, CSV exports, and price updates are paused while tariff data is reviewed. You can still view historical records and account settings.
What are the current billing options?
The Shopify listing offers Free, Standard at $19 per month, and Pro at $190 per year. The annual option is listed as Pro. Review the features and subscription terms on Shopify before approving a plan.
Does TariffShield offer a paid-plan trial?
The current listing offers a free plan for 10 SKUs and does not advertise a paid-plan free trial.
Will my prices change automatically?
No. Shopify price changes are paused while tariff data is under review. When available, price changes require your approval.
Are these final customs charges?
No current duty or margin calculation is available while tariff data is under review. Historical results are not current customs charges. Verify shipment-specific treatment with a qualified source.
How does Exact Duty differ from margin analysis?
Exact Duty is a read-only workflow limited to narrow U.S. quartz surface product scenarios. Both Exact Duty and multi-market margin calculations are temporarily unavailable while tariff data is reviewed; the service returns no duty number. Unsupported or incomplete cases also return no duty number.
What data does TariffShield use?
The app uses product, variant, inventory, price, available cost, origin, classification, and configuration data, along with saved analysis and price-action records. See the TariffShield section of our privacy policy.
